finish the /section page. The skeleton is already built. Clean UI and connect to links from database.

Create it (follow design mockup). Add issues as necessary

Create the deepest page (subcategory page) that shows only a subcategory with various links tagged to that subcategory, as seen in design mockup. Expand the SectionCard class to accept parameters, to where you can simply add one section card with a lot more links and a larger box.
