This module alters the icons in the Status Effects panel of the Token Hub to reflect the possible "conditions" in D&D 5e. It also limits the use of the effects overlay to displaying whether the token is seriously wounded, unconscious, or dead. The module automatically uses a red wounded overlay when HP falls below 50%. When HP falls to zero, the display automatically switches to a yellow unconscious overlay. At zero HP, the overlay can be toggled between unconscious and dead using either the Token HUD or the Mark Defeated icon in the Combat Tracker.

As DM go to the Manage Modules options menu in the Game Settings for your World, then enable the D&D 5e Conditions module.
