edtc-code's Issues

[Introduction] link attached to the textbook

Hi @jstac ,

I found that the link attached to "Economic Dynamics: Theory and Computation" is broken like below.

However, "Economic Dynamics: Theory and Computation" and "MIT Press" are not supposed to have any links when I look at md file as follows. So I wonder whether you would like to attach related links to "Economic Dynamics: Theory and Computation" and "MIT Press". If so, could you please tell me which websites you would like to attach?

PDF typos

Hi @jstac ,

I forgot one more thing to report. Through reading pdf, I found a few typos as follows.

[Chapter4] order of explanation about figure 4.11

Hi @jstac ,

I just want to know whether the order of explanation for each exercise and figure around figure 4.11 is intentionally allocated.

In pdf, exercise 4.24 --> figure 4.11 --> exercise 4.29
In codebook, exercise 4.24 --> exercise 4.29 --> other exercises --> figure 4.11 --> figure 4.12

I think that you allocated the order differently from pdf because figure 4.11 and 4.12 are closely related. But I would like to ask this just in case.

[Chapter4] Inconsistent notation of stochastic kernels

Hi @jstac ,

In pdf, there are two stochastic kernels such as p_H and p_Q as follows.

However, the notations of those kernels are not consistent in code book. For example, p_Q is written as p_Q but p_H is written as p_H and pH as follows. Which notation would you prefer? (The easier way to fix is change p_Q to pQ and p_H to pH. But I can fix in either way. )
