Temporary folders can't be mounted as docker volumes docker/compose#1039
glm needs to execute mounting the current directory (on the local machine) to a folder in the container (that is not GLM)Maybe something like
~/GLM_executeas the WORKINGDIRECTORY?
glm in the container to the mounted folder should be hard-coded in the DockerfileModels run through docker run about 2-3x slower than through a local binary
Possibly as easy as adding the following lines:
