Command-line interface to select local address to poll, read interval, and output destinations.

Run a little tiny HTTP server of some kind, so that a Libra Cervisiae in hydrometer mode can wake up and push updates.

Both sensors need some warmup time to either come online (DS18xxx) or stabilize (HX711). Separate the pre-delay and post-delay startup for each sensor, and provide an initSensor function to do the pre-delay/delay/post-delay cycle correctly.

Is the battery required to be a flat top?

Why do the calculations on the pendulum? Why not send the raw data back to the server?

Forward the JSON object to a Google Scripts web address.

The software is basically ready to support a breadboard circuit. Whip up a little Fritzing diagram to indicate how such a circuit should be wired, including four load cells and two temperature sensors, so that enthusiastic DIYers don't have to wait for the slightly more productized kits/prebuilt versions.

The one on the board is not reliable. Not sure if it's a connection issue or something else.

When the 0.2.0 boards come, I'll see if I can crimp one into a DuPont connector for testing.

Had to modify my local copy of the HX711 lib, so this seems like a good time to freeze all of the not-included-with-Arduino-core dependencies.

Noise? Coupling? Something else?

The ESP32 has enough oomph to do HTTPS, so we can output to Google Drive directly.
