frequency_of_appearance_of acts on a phrase with a parameter of a word and returns the number of times that word appears in the phrase.

Usage i.e. "Hello World".frequency_of_appearance_of("Hello")

1. Install Ruby
2. Install gem bundler
3. Run bundler
4. ruby app.rb
5. Goto http://localhost:4567/ in browser of your choice

Note: Replace Steps 4 and 5 with running 'rspec' in the root of the project directory if interested in trying the program through the terminal.
