Display a minimum of the last seven days of covid data

Currently, the tracker only lists the most recent daily report and displays it in a table format. The tracker should list the last seven days at the very minimum and populate the table.

It would be nice to implement the current date ranges above the table in some way.

Missing or null api data fix

Depending on data reported each day, an ActualTimeseries object obtained by the Covid Act Now API may contain missing or null values for that date.
