The papers studied include:

The folder scripts
contains scripts that when executed will print on the console the results of an analysis.
Each script has hard-coded parameters that can be modified to analyse different exposures, outcomes and controls.
The file scripts/utils.R
contains some utility functions.
The file scripts/meta.R
contains the code to conduct a meta analysys of the papers.
The folder datasets
contains the datasets used for the analysis.
