We will create a module that exports functions for get, put, post, delete.

All functions should get the API base from config.

endpoint is passed in like "timesheets"
token is token from AccessToken.get()

Function signatures:
get(endpoint, token, params) - params is query string after ?
post(endpoint, token, params) - post is object
put(endpoint, token, params) - params is object
delete(endpoint, token, params) - params is query string after ?

For now, we won't really use the set, and the get will return the tsheets_apitoken from the config. Create the file as src/redux/utils/AccessToken.js. To access the config, just do import config from 'config' at the top, then within the get function you should be able to get the api token from config.tsheets_apitoken
