Alien Invasion is a Python clone of the classic arcade game from 1978. I created this game as a way to improve my Python skills.

In Alien Invasion, the player controls a ship that appears at the bottom of the screen. You can move the ship left or right using the arrow keys and shoot bullets using the spacebar. The goal is to shoot down the alien invaders while avoiding their projectiles. If the player loses three ships, the game ends.

Before running the game, make sure you have the following installed:

• Python 3.x or higher
• Pygame

To get started, clone this repository to your local machine:

$ git clone https://github.com/bryanlds/Alien-Invasion.git
$ cd Alien-Invasion

To run the game, execute the following command:

$ python3 alien_invasion.py
