Add usage instructions to readme
Thanks for providing this. I am going to attempt to use the AlexaSkillsKit_HttpGetExample.js as a stub to call a REST API, but I'm having to guess how it should be used.
Should I include this in my node.js project and require this in my AWS Lamdbda function? Or is this intended to be the body of the lamdba function? (I noticed you included the intent and utterance so that is suggesting it may be the 2nd option.)
I'm also assuming I need to create an Alexa Skill to call a lamdbda function.
It would be great if some basic instructions could be added to the readme for how each part should be used.
