A long list of parameters is hard to read and makes calling and testing the function complicated. It may indicate that the purpose of the function is ill-conceived and that the code should be refactored so the responsibility is assigned in a more clean-cut way.

We should have a method that takes the read in file and will find all the occurrences of method declarations and count the number of parameters. If this is created than some value MAX_PARAMETERS it should warn the user:

  > [WARNING] TooManyParameters: func(a1, a2, a3, ... , an) in test.py
