💻 Getting started

Requirements

  • You need to install both Node.js and Yarn to run this project.

Clone the project and access the folder

$ git clone https://github.com/josepholiveira/josepholiveira.dev.git && cd josepholiveira.dev

Follow the steps below

First, you'll need to configure your .env, you can follow the env.example to know the needed variables.

# Install the dependencies
$ yarn

# Run the web server
$ yarn dev

The app will be available for access on your browser at http://localhost:3000

Add CMS for the projects

A feature that was never implemented is a CMS, it is useful on displaying editable content that is independent from the code itself, in this case, the projects.

Tasks

  • Create a graphcms account and configure the CMS with a projects custom type.
  • Fetch the content from the CMS via GraphQL, using graphql-request

Necessary fields for the projects

  • The project should have an id
  • The project should have a name
  • The project should have a description
  • The project should have an image
  • The project should have an optional field with the link to the website it is deployed at
