Using Vega-Lite to make some interactiove web graphics. I have presented the static svg files for each of the plots below, but they are supposed to be rendered inside the html files in the directory for each plot for the full interactive effect (and with some explanatory text/titles etc.). I have used R to clean the data and store the cleaned data in csv files which are read into Vega-Lite.

Im mostly interested in the visualisation capabilities of vega-lite, so I clean the data in R before visualising it. Most of the visualisations are interactive when deployed in a web setting, although I also save a static svg file to demonstrate the content of the plots.
