In Chapter 3:
It seems that footnote 20 is missing (referenced in page 59).
Which equation is (1) ?

The transcription says "Lukasewcleia", and the original contains "Lukasewcleicz".

1. Between Eq. 9 and Eq. 11, there are two unlabeled equations. Any idea which one is (10) ?

In case of single letter in \TallC, the rendered letter becomes too small.

A possible work-around is to joint this letter with the next word, for e.g.
"A determinant" can be presented as \TallC{A\;determinant} , where \; is the space.

on page 108, 1st paragraph, there is a single quotation mark, where the quotation should be closed (end of line or at the end of sentence)?
