Installed bbPress on my site, and immediately had a vairy significant number of smap sign ups. Researched solutions, and came across WangGuard, installed it, and a week or two later, my own login was blocked. This is the message I was getting when I would try to login:

Your account is under moderation.
Contact with the webmaster

Disabled WangGuard (renamed the plugin folder), and I could then login with no problem (but the spam was back in spades).

I have not tried to reactivate, but am willing to do so, just wondering if anyone knows what I might be doing wrong for WangGuard to block me as the Administrator and Key Master.

WangGuard appears to have completely stopped my registration spam however, I noticed new users were not authenticating and discovered the verification emails were not being sent (tested several times with different email accounts at gmail, Live, RocketMail). Had to deactivate as this is a new site.

I am using a BuddyBoss themes on BuddyPress installation of WordPress.

I really like this plugin. I have no idea why it is not sending authentication emails. The data in the database tables (wp and WngGuard) all looks perfect.

Hey (Again), I have had this problem for as long as I can remember using WangGuard, The Wizard used to work for me a very long time ago, But its been so long since its worked, I have attatched a screenshot of what happens for me:

My host has kindly opened all access to 37.59.20.168, but still "Unable to reach any WangGuard servers."
The IP seems to be up and can connect from my server.

We wanted to use the accounts from a pre-existing wordpress forum and blog for our new mediawiki wiki. We used this mediawiki extension for this: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WPMW

The trouble in doing so is, that in the core mediawiki codebase there is a widely used class Xml.
Since both wordpress and mediawiki are far too old to be written with php namespaces in mind this causes a problem with your wanguard class XML. The naming conflict renders the wiki a useless wite page.

This conflict will always occur whenever there is any interaction between a wordpress install that uses wangguard and any mediawiki install.

Now while it is a bad practice to have a central class name like Xml that is likely to be used in a lot of packages when you don't have namespaces, avoiding this trap for wangguard is easy at this point, since the only three places where the class name occurs is in the class definition itself, in the constructor function and in the one instantiation in the same file.

For our site I renamed your XML class to WANG_XML, an easy enough fix, it is an annoying problem to track down though, and others might want to avoid having to do that,

When I'm on the WangGuard (version 1.5.10) users page at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wangguard_users almost every response to clicking the "check" or "re-check" buttons is coming back "Reported as Splogger".

The network status is "no problems". Odd?

If I try to load my polls, I am re-directed to the wangguard survay, I have done the survay, but I have been locked out of adding polls to my website, it keeps redirecting me to the bloody survay page for Wangguarg.
