Install stripe client somewhere included in a folder in your paths or add the path in your windows environment (restart Code).
Reset you database.
RUN: stripe login
RUN: stripe listen --forward-to localhost:3000/api/webhooks/stripe
Copy the returned webhook secret to your .env STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET
Do not close this terminal and open a new one to npm run dev and I recommend deleting all registers of your database to start again and stripe finally will update the database with the account information.
