I am sorry to disturb you with this,but I am a very new self learning developer.i am trying to understand and learn react projects.
I don't have any idea how to get STRIPE_SECRET_KEY= STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET=
these two values I have no idea how to get,anyone please help me(creating a stripe account is not an option for me sorry)

go to stripe and create account
There you will get a separate section for webhooks and secret key
I recommend you to follow docs instead of tutorials
from quill.
