PR #3 highlighted an issue were state being <0 causes the application to crash. We need to add an error catch to stop that happening.
New React Hooks also need to be rolled out to all burger ingredients.
Remove the old style state and replace it with state hooks
As a host I want to understand what the most popular burger created is - so I'll need a database that records that.
