residue feature container
The way features of residues are stored is not optimal. Maybe they should be linked to their source (the algorithm used to compute them). Maybe they should be disjunct between predictions and annotations. Maybe a bigger double[] can achieve this (in accordance with the current concept), however it is obviously not the best approach with regards to readability.
database implementation & connection
The database (and its driver/store-wrapper) so be able to:
- be configurable regarding host, port, db-name etc
- handle errors rather than ignoring them (
WriteConcern)
server configuration
Configure web server, so users can navigate the page by URL (e.g. to visit finished jobs after some time).
