displays 0 for noon and midnight

Currently this module displays 0 instead of 12 for noon and midnight.

var oclock = require('oclock')

var midnight = new Date(2016, 11, 14)
var noon = new Date(2016, 11, 14, 12)

console.log(oclock(midnight)) // => 0:00 AM
console.log(oclock(noon)) // => 0:00 PM

Add a travis file

It looks like travis is active for this repo but the travis file has the language as ruby so the build fails.

{
  "language": "ruby",
  "group": "stable",
  "dist": "precise",
  "os": "linux"
}
