@doowb, I just threw a bunch of stuff in here so we could discuss how we want to do this - or if it's worthwhile.

Here is my thinking:

• JSON/YAML/CSV etc: we should have a lib of small files for each data type, with each file containing a specific feature (e.g. integer.yml, array.yml etc). Then a few files with multiple features mixed together.
• markdown: same (I have these somewhere already)
• Handlebars or other templating libs: similar to data, but I think for this to work each template file would need to have an accompanying data file, probably in the same dir

thoughts?
