Impossible to deploy app

Hello, I'm trying deploying app with button provided. I've a free plan with less than 5 apps, used an available name and selected eu region. This is my build output:

I'm not practice with Ruby, but from Heroku Dev Center I see that the minor supported version is MRI: 2.6.6, Rubygems: 3.0.3. In this repo is ruby-2.5.1 on heroku-20.

Can I fork this repo and manually change this value?
