Error when running nif_finder.py KeyError: 'EXONS|__|count'

Hi,

When running then nif_finder.py script, I'm getting the following error:

  File "pandas/_libs/hashtable_class_helper.pxi", line 5753, in pandas._libs.hashtable.PyObjectHashTable.get_item
KeyError: 'EXONS|__|count'

I'm running this on the Mus_musculus.GRCm39.107.gtf.gz build after constructing the premrna.fa file and I'm using the corresponding cds file. Please note I set up the env for dependencies as provided on the README.md
