New name Get-StringHash?

There are some PS modules hosted in private repositories that I'd like to update but currently cannot.

The Install-GitHubModule and Update-GitHubModule should support modules hosted in private repos

Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternative is to manually login to the private repo and download the release or code directly.

Additional context

This could possibly be accomplished by supporting a GitHub token?

Change to New-OSUpdateGroup?? or New-OsUpdateGroup??

The string replacement in this line is starting with an index of 1 when the list is 0 based.

Add lookup of vulnerabilities against the CISA known exploited vulnerability list.

See if its possible to remove the Inactive tab and add a "Status" tab to web and system scans.

Update-ModuleFromZip is prompting to trust module on macOS

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

This prompt should not be presented for macOS or Linux

This is likely happening with Install-ModuleFromZip too

Minor issue only. The release version on this repo doesn't match the ModuleVersion in the .psd1. I had trouble importing this because I used the incorrect version number in the module path.

The Windows event catalog is currently hosted in a gist but may be better suited as part of the repo.

Check for 'active' status or something indicating it hasn't been revoked.

Use new validation methods.
Add code to use available CMSite PSDrive if none provided.

Change this to zero so data can be converted into SQL properly.

Function "Get-RandomString" uses "Get" instead of "New" verb.
