Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the plugin's settings screen.
2. Add a Favicon to the maintenance page.
3. Enable Maintenance Mode.
4. Visit your site's home page.
5. No custom favicon will be used.

On the "Settings>Advanced" tab, for the "Append HTML" setting, there is a typo in the description:

The image uploader for the Favicon doesn't work.

Clicking on the Media Image Library button does nothing.

The image uploader for all images is broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Plugins
2. Enable the plugin.
3. Go to the plugins' settings page.
4. Select "Enable Coming Soon Mode"
5. The admin bar button will have a white background.

This checkbox should to enable Wrap and not Well:

Clicking on the "upload background image" in settings doesn't work.
