用于keil的南京泌恒CH55x资料芯片下载支持插件
功能说明：本组件为Keil外挂下载组件，用于在Keil中直接下载CH55x系列芯片（目前支持CH551/CH552/CH553/CH554）
目前仅支持USB接口的官方ISP下载，不支持串口下载。
Keil4/Keil5可以通用
不支持在线调试（因为芯片本身不支持）
目前暂时只支持老版本V1.1版本的boot进行下载，新版本等待更新和测试
编译环境win10 x64 vs2015
具体兼容性情况等待反馈。
本项目开源，但是源码不直接公开。

邮件内容需包含关于本插件的使用体验反馈、BUG反馈、功能改进意见等
可以包括但不局限以下内容：
1、必须：使用的WIN系统版本、32位/64位、Keil详细版本（about keil界面截图）、下载的目标详细型号（需要详细到eg:CH552G）
2、必须：兼容性问题、缺dll问题、是否能成功下载、是否有bug或者操作问题
3、非必须：使用体验反馈、功能改进意见
4、非必须：和其他工具的速度对比
5、其他好的想法
