All the logic already exists to keep tabs on which stories exist on homestuck.com and whether or not those stories have recently been updated. However, there is not yet a mechanism to run that code in a recurring fashion.

We need to implement a clock process and decide how often we want each worker to run. Then we need to configure our Procfile accordingly.

It is important that we have this working by June 12th - an auspicious day - as it is possible that homestuck.com might be updated in some way on that day and we need to be sure that all current users of homestuck-notifier will actually be notified.

Clients should be able to subscribe to individual "reading club" topics in addition to the usual Potato and StorySync topics.

Each reading club can be configured (and updated) with a current story and a target page within that story. The target page can be updated from time to time, and new reading targets should be broadcast via FCM to all subscribers of the reading club.
