import error: chromedp/runner

If I run

go get -u github.com/jmichiels/AtmelStart/atmelstart/...

I get

$ go get -u github.com/jmichiels/AtmelStart/atmelstart/...
package github.com/jmichiels/AtmelStart/atmelstart
	imports github.com/chromedp/chromedp/runner: cannot find package "github.com/chromedp/chromedp/runner" in any of:
	/usr/lib/golang/src/github.com/chromedp/chromedp/runner (from $GOROOT)
	/home/tobias/go/src/github.com/chromedp/chromedp/runner (from $GOPATH)

It doesn't seem that chromedp/runner is available, but I'm not familiar with go and chrome to fix this.

would like to use your program seems perfect for what i want, but your install instructions are bad and dont working..
your go get link does a update and thats about it.. maybe you could be abit more clear on how to actually install the tool.
