Vehicle:

• vehicle.getPassengers()
• vehicle.getDriver()

In the vehicle lib, if a vehicle is created in LUA already you can get it in Python since it creates an object for it automatically if it's already existing.

This is NOT the case for blips, markers and texts, and may is a misconception. The problem with simply implementing it is that there is no good way to check if a marker, text or blip really exists.
