Error in goto function?
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://192.168.43.137:8080/status. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'null' is therefore not allowed access.

workaround was to directly use the gcode function, courtesy of you!

In the event of an error retrieving tool status, a dummy status message is returned that indicates "???" for all fields. It might be better to have an actual error callback, so that loss of connection to the tool could be easily detected? Something like the following:

tool.getStatus(function(err, data) {
   if(err) {
      console.log('oh no!');
   } else {
      // data contains the status report
   }
}

The SBC software currently doesn't do a lot of error reporting, but this could at least catch network errors until that is implemented? What do you think?

The callback(error, data) seems to be a de-facto standard for callbacks and it might be nice to adopt it across the board for FabMo?
