Add LICENSE

Thanks for great api library! It seems there are no licensing infomation of your code, which makes it hard to use your library in my project.
Could you please consider add a license, or clarify the licensing status?

package steamvdf fails to read .vdf

Issue

I randomly picked some appids to test the reader against and ran into an issue.

I use the proto message packetHandler to read the CMsgClientPICSProductInfoResponse and read the apps with:

It fails with appid 212200 with this error message:

Inspection

Did some inspection to find out where it breaks. It breaks on "i" in
setting:\"file://data/features.xml\"
