Enhances the mapping and communication experience. The Aussie problem: The inefficiencies and complexity of the PTV system (specifically for international students, people using PTV for the first time, people with language barriers/inexperience with metro system) The Solution: A large language model which is contextualized with the entire melbourne metro system, and continually scrapes the web to check for updates etc (including from the PTV app, and cross referenced with news, weather. Interpretable The Outcome: Safer commuters, less missed exams, more comfortable commuters, completely tailored interaction, support for multiple languages. TLDR: Dora the explorer talking map to help both newbies and veterans interface with and navigate the Public Transport Victoria System.
