Ignore/exclude directories

Hi @jkphl, thanks for making this plugin.
I'd like to know if there is a way to ignore directories with this?

It is including base structure inside destination

function js() {
	return src("./src/assets/js/**/*.js")
		.pipe(concatFlatten("./src/assets/js", "js"))
		.pipe(dest("./dist/assets/js/"));
}

I want this
