Get the user's name and email from the git config and update the fields in setup.py

if --github is provided, add the origin remote:

https://github.com/<username>/<Project>.git

add an option --push to commit and push the modified template to origin

Attempt to pull a template from the provided github username (if --github is provided).
url: https://github.com/<username>/template-python.git

If the pull fails:

• fallback to @jacebrowning's repo
• print a message in the console saying something like: "if you like this template, give it a fork at: url"

Note: the github username will be used to setup the origin remote

Allow updates to be made from the template.

add an optional --license flag that has as options the available licenses provided by github.

• pull down the file
• replace existing LICENSE
• if fails print a warning and do nothing
