Client for receiving shreds from Jito network

Problem: The current build-from-source example in jito docs don't have a --release flag on cargo run. It's also easier to just do git clone --recurse-submodules instead of git submodule update --init --recursive
Solution: Change the examples from

I want to implement a program to parse the Shreds data received by the proxy, while avoiding running the complete Solana node. Has anyone in the community done this feature for reference?
