Write tests!

It is still using effectRunner syntax.

Specifically the get function.

I want to easily and cleanly be able to split generator definitions so that forked logic in generators is easier to test.

Deep equal doesn't seem to work when there are functions

this seems to work alright:

    const expected = takeEvery([SUBMIT_X], submitX);
    const actual = run.get('takeEvery').value;

    expect(actual.name).to.equal(expected.name);
  });

since name is 'takeEvery(x/SUBMIT, submitX)'

Currently, your initial next invokes the generator with the passed arguments.

But you cannot override it on run.

run.get('blah').value.name seems like it might be a good thing to make judgements by. Do some research and see if this is so.
