It would be cool if the dtool http storage broker could deal with redirects so that one can use shortened URLS to refer to datasets.

At the moment it is too naive to be able to make use of the new location provided by the server.

I'm guess that this is MIT licensed like the rest of the dtool code but there is no LICENSE file supplied.
