Detect bold prompts
If a command in a code block uses bold to highlight the command, only the command should be bold and not the prompt as well:
Correct:
[subs="+quotes"]
....
# *ls -la*
$ *ls -la*
....
Wrong:
[subs="+quotes"]
....
*# ls -la*
*$ ls -la*
....
Please add a rule to vale that detects the wrong format.
