amberstar's Issues

The source code needs to be converted from GFA Assembler format to normal text files

The source code in the archives needs to be converted from GFA Assembler format to normal text files.

There are two ways to do this that I can think of:

  1. Run GFA Assembler on an Atari ST or (more likely) an Atari ST emulator, load each file, save it in a normal text format, assuming that is a supported function.
  2. Write a tool that converts from the tokenized file format to a normal text file. This would likely involve creating a sample file with all tokenized strings (presumably all 68K assembly commands), which can then be analyzed to build a mapping table.

Perhaps there are other ways, like decompiling GFA Assembler itself.

I would be happy to merge in any pull request that does this conversion in a clean and documented way, or to cooperate on the writing of a conversion tool.
