Error when loading remote modules

I tried to run the application by doing 'yarn install' and 'yarn start' but getting the following error. I tried upgrading the packages to the latest versions as well but it still gives me the same error. When I debugged, it is failing on the dynamic import statements such as () => import('nav/Header'). I know this example is a bit dated. It would be great if this example can be updated to work with the latest versions of webpack module federation and single-spa. Thanks!!!
