If you create some text in a note and wrap it in ``` for code formatted text the x-overflow is not accessible as it looks like the x-overflow is set to none

It's possible to save a note without a title and as a result, there's an error. Due to the fact that the title is being used as a slug, an invalid URL is displayed on the list.

It's not possible to open or even delete the note created in such a way.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clear Application data
2. Click the New note button
3. Click the Title field
4. Click the Note field

A new note will be saved.
