Google Cloud and Amazon AWS direct reads about geowombat HOT 2 CLOSED

To date, I've added a wrapper for gsutil to download data from Google Cloud Platform.

Since GeoWombat uses xarray.open_rasterio() and rasterio.open(), direct reads are possible through geowombat.open(). See Rasterio Virtual Files for details.

As an example,
