Failed to compile with cargo build

Hello. I am trying to compile your xbnet rust file using cargo build. However, whenever I try it I have error and not able to compile it.

Here are the error message which I found.

First, I thought it would be missing libudev-sys v0.1.4 and I installed it by using 'sudo apt install libudev-dev'. (The package is installed with latest version.) However, I still see the same error when I try to use cargo build. Is it the problem with the version of libudev? Or am I missing something?

Thanks in advance
