Will that interfere with developing npm linking suoli?

Won't work on Linux due to shopt: not found

shopt -s dotglob allows * to match hidden files. Without this, hidden files won't get copied when merging.

shopt appears to be a builtin for sh on mac but not for sh on linux.

Some options:

Remove page refresh when collection name-reuse test passes

A bug in RxDB makes it so collection names cannot be reused once deleted. Once this test passes, remove this page-refresh workaround
