ParaViewGadgetPlugin

a ParaView plugin for GADGET (HDF5) files for ParaView 5.12

Compilation instructions:

cd ParaViewGadgetPlugin mkdir build; cd build

assuming your new ParaView install is in your PATH

ccmake ..; make

After successful compilation, the directory "./lib64/paraview-5.12/plugins/pvGadgetReader" contains the shared libs

Thus,

export PV_PLUGIN_PATH=/ParaViewGadgetPlugin/build/lib64/paraview-5.12/plugins/pvGadgetReader

Question about Compilation

Hey,

Thanks for making this plugin available. I've been working on getting it to compile but the list of required libraries continues to grow. It looks like I'm rebuilding Paraview from scratch, or have all the libraries to do so. Is there anyway to build the plugin itself?

My hunch is that to build something in/for VTK, one must have all of the dependencies for VTK. Just wanted to check.

I'm hoping to use your plugin and Paraview instead of YT.
