the api endpoint /bittrex/tradingpairs needs to send data that can be used in a data table in the front end.

when the sidepanel is opened or the window is resized, the spartklines charts don't resize

instead of table we used sparkline charts and the default bootstrap grid:

the angular 4 template still contains the old names: about and home for the folder structure and components. The about folder should be removed for now. The home route will link to an overview of the poloniex trading pairs.

home/ => poloniex/
home/home.component.ts => poloniex/poloniex.component.ts
