rogueportal's Issues

Can this run on a Coral Dev board?

Tried to install packages built from source and got this error:

sed: can't read /boot/cmdline.txt: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing package roguefastboot (--configure):
installed roguefastboot package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 2

Are there any modifications I can make to run on a Google Coral development board?

Outbound Requests on a USB/Network Interface

Hi there,

much appreciating the rogueportal. one question. Would it be a good idea to have an outbound requests such as "sudo apt install x" not being redirected to 10.1.1.1 since that makes it fail. Therefore maybe the rogueportal could differentiate a bit more and only redirect everyting of the wifi interface.

short story: I gave my pi0 internet access via its USB port while rogueportal was active/installed and I connected to it via serial/GPIO. I couldnt update/install packages nor ping google.com (well that worked but I got answers from 10.1.1.1 ;) ). Could this be unintended behavior?

Much appreciated, big cheers,

Alx

Set WLAN Country Code

After this great Tutorial i have an issue:

'No wireless interfaces found'

in: sudo raspi-config > localization options > set wlan country

befor Deploy the pre-built Debian packages

Simultanious AP and WiFi client mode

It would have been perfect that for the cases where hardware allows it, rogueportal would work as AP and Wifi client simultaneously.

This repo talks about such a possibility on Raspberry Pi 3+ but with the use of hostapd which rogueportal ommits from using which I think is great.

Anyways, if you ever wonder what challenge to solve next - retaining wifi connection while "up"in the AP would be a sweet addition to the tool.
