Installed the app as per the documentation. Everything went fine.
Trying to add the server though yells this issue:
We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again.
I can access the web interface just fine using the internet browser. Also, the tizen device and the jellyfin server are on the same lan. No firewall.
Did I miss something?

In some movies, at the beginning of the movie, the video reproduction repeats a previous short sequence.
This results in the intro of the film repeating (some seconds).
This problem cause the subtitles to desync for the entire movie.

This does not happen on the web client (using a PC).

The build from 2024-05-20 16:47 still has the "Failed to construct 'Headers': No matching constructor signature." error.
Test Jellyfin.wgt and Jellyfin-master.wgt, including removing previous installs, restarting the TV etc.

The fast forward function in Jellyfin is not working properly. Neither direct playback nor rendering the videos make a difference. When I attempt to fast forward in a video, the playback remains stuck at the same point or jumps irregularly. This issue occurs across various videos and on different devices.

I have already tried restarting Jellyfin and experimenting with different browsers and devices, but to no avail. It seems to be a software-related problem, possibly caused by an update or configuration change.

Could you please investigate and resolve this issue? I am available for further information if needed.

Just letting you know that the 2023-06-03 version installs ok but when I run it on my Samsung QN55QN85BAFXZC TV, I just get an error message that says it can't find "file://index.html" and that it might have moved. Wondering if a file might be missing from the build or might have been renamed. I've gone back to the 2023-05-22 version and it still works. So I don't think it's a network/server issue or an error that I might have made during the install of the app (I tried more than once, each time deleting the app on the TV before installing).

I tried with both the Jellyfin.wgt and master versions.

NOTE THAT THE WGT FILES ARE ONLY 45KB WHEN PRIOR VERSIONS WERE OVER 9MB. So I'm guessing that most of the important content is missing.

Maybe others could chime in if they the same issues.

I have set my TV to developer mode, I have been able to run the docker command, the script detects my TV name okay, and downloads the Jellyfin.wgt okay.

However when it reaches the tizen install part it fails with the following error:

Does this mean that the docker VM is out of memory, or the TV?

My host is running Arch Linux Linux aaron-pc 6.7.2-zen1-1-zen #1 ZEN SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri, 26 Jan 2024 19:10:08 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux on AMD64, 32GB RAM. Docker is Docker version 24.0.7, build afdd53b4e3.

Basically i'm asking if is it possible to have an app with a different name so i can install two versions of the app and login with two different jellyfin accounts so i dont have to logout and login every time i want to switch from one account to the other

I just installed the latest version 2023-11-05 to an UE32N5300 Tizen SmartTv. Installation went succesfull, app started, been greeted by the logo, but then just displays a black screen, and thats about it. I was able to close te app and return to the menu

The build size suddenly jumped to 42Mb according to monitoring. Is something wrong or did something unwanted make it into the build?

With the latest 10.9.1 release and the latest jeppevinkel build(Thanks a lot for your work!) my Tizen app has stopped playing a couple of times now and when it does the server seems to be stalled and can not be accessed until I restart the container. Anyone has the same issue? It did not happen even once before the update.

Hi, just a feature request as in the title. The possibility to change subtitles color is already present in Jellyfin, though just hidden under the hood. I really love light yellow subtitles in opposition to standard white ones. It would be nice if you could add such possibility in your builds.

then nothing actually happens... no confirmation no Jellyfin app on tv.

I then tried to manually install with the : tizen install -n Jellyfin.wgt -t QA43LS03aawxxy
error : tizen command not found

Thanks for providing this easy build and instructions.

I'm setting it up for the first time on my new S95C tv.
The install commands all went fine without errors.
I installed the normal build from 22-05-2023.
When I now open the app on the tv, it show an error with black text on white background:
Can't find the requested page.
Can't load the page
file:///index.html is possibly temporarily disabled or moved to a new URL
Errorcode - ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

The exact wording of the error in english can differ a bit. For me it appears in dutch and I translated it.

Any hint you could give me?
