Prior to tagging as 1.0.0, remove the composer branch-alias; https://github.com/jedkirby/valpal-php/blob/master/composer.json#L42.

On Twitter SEoF commented with the following:

Opening up this issue to discuss further off Twitter.

The Packagist badge is currently pointing to a pre-release version. This will need updating to a stable release, a bit like it use to be prior to #7.
